Director Compensation-Santa Clarita

The Director of Compensation role is based in Santa Clara headquarters and reports into the Managing Director of Total Rewards. The Director will lead a team of professionals and will be responsible for the broad-based compensation function which includes business support, incentive plans, and compliance/regulation. The candidate is a proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, while also able to working independently.
