Benefits Manager

Manage the design and development of corporate benefit programs through the identification of external trends, benchmarking, and best practices, including developing strategies, vendor management, financial modeling, and presenting recommendations to senior management.  Participate in integrated team projects with international benefits programs.  Partner on firm technology projects and vendor implementations, including defining requirements, serving as a liaison between vendors and the firm’s technical team, and project managing implementation timelines.  Serve as a subject matter expert and reviewer for the development and distribution of communication materials and leadership briefings.  Analyze data and research to create presentations outlining options and recommendations to leaders.  Maintain responsibility for benefits policy review and compliance.  Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts on items involving benefits.

7+ years experience in benefits administration
3+ years experience involving benefit strategy and design.
