International Benefits & Compensation Manager

Manage the design, development and administration of international benefits programs through the identification of external trends, benchmarking, best practices, and vendor management.  Analyze and review programs within each country, including financial modeling and tax implications and recommend changes and enhancements to senior management to ensure market competitiveness, efficiency and compliance with local laws.  Partner on firm technology projects and vendor implementations, including defining requirements, serving as a liaison between vendors and the firm’s technical team, and project managing implementation timelines.  Collaborate and integrate with domestic benefit strategies and design.  Serve as a subject matter expert on all international benefits items, including providing written response to address escalations and work with the benefit operations team and insurance providers to resole any issues.  Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts on international items involving benefits.  Partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure processes support business needs and goals are met.

10+ years experience with benefits administration for a publicly traded company with a large global footprint.
5+ years experience developing and administering international benefits, including benefits programs in the MENA region, ASEAN, and Europe.
